As the weather begins to cool, bourbon season returns in full force. At Revelette, we believe fall is best enjoyed with a glass of something rich, aromatic, and thoughtfully crafted.
Whether you’re hosting a dinner or wanting a savory drink to celebrate the new season, here are three drinks made with the craftsmanship of Revelette Bourbon that transforms each cocktail into a rich expression of autumn.

Maple Manhattan Ingredients:
Maple Manhattan Preparation:
In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Revelette Bourbon, ¾ oz dry vermouth, ½ oz pure maple syrup, 2–3 dashes of bitters, and a whisper of cinnamon.
Add ice and stir deliberately until well-chilled.
Strain over a single, clear cube in a cocktail coupe, allowing the bourbon’s amber hue to shine through.
Finish with a skewered cherry, a subtle garnish for a cocktail that speaks in low tones of luxury and fall’s quiet decadence.
Apple Butter Old Fashioned Ingredients
Apple Butter Old Fashioned Preparation:
In a mixing cup, add ice, apple butter, and brown sugar. Then add Revelette bourbon along with angostura bitters. Slowly add in your apple cider and shake well!
Fill a rocks glass with ice, take a strainer and pour the mixture into the glass. Finally take an apple wedge to garnish the rim of the cup. For extra sweetness, sugar the rim of the rocks glass!
Voila! Sip slowly and enjoy.
Though this recipe has more steps than the last two, the extra time to make this delightful drink is worth the wait!
Brown Sugar Cranberry Bourbon Cocktail Ingredients:
Brown Sugar Cranberry Bourbon Cocktail Preparation:
To make the simple syrup, in a small saucepan, bring equal amounts of brown sugar and water to a boil until the sugar completely dissolves.
Once dissolved, remove the heat, and add in fresh cranberries and optional rosemary sprigs. Now let the mixture sit and infuse while it begins to cool!
On the rim of your glass, add some premade simple syrup and dip the glass into brown sugar while finishing with a large ice cube.
Take your cranberry juice, Revelette bourbon, lemon juice and homemade, cranberry brown super simple syrup, into a shaker cup with ice and shake!
Once shaken well, strain the drink into your glass and top it off with a few cranberries and a rosemary sprig.
You now have a smooth, spiced and well balanced festive drink to enjoy!
